Users must ensure funds come from lawful and compliant sources, verify all transaction details before proceeding, and be at least 18 years old with full legal capacity.

5. No Guarantees

Vortix Global does not guarantee investment returns, fixed exchange rates, matching results, or specific processing times.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vortix Global is not liable for losses caused by market volatility, network congestion, regulatory changes, user error, or force majeure events.
