Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Request Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of a service request before it enters the processing stage. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Member Activation Fee

The 0.1 TRX member access activation fee is non-refundable. It is a service access fee, not a deposit or investment.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds, if applicable, are processed on a case-by-case basis according to the specific circumstances and service policy. Processing fees may apply.

4. Disputed Transactions

For disputed service requests, we will review the matter and communicate the resolution through official support channels.
